The famous Nethy Bridge (Telford 1820)
The 1820 Telford bridge over the River Nethy provides Nethy Bridge with a focal point. The river is a tributary of the great River Spey, flowing through the northern Cairngorm Mountains before joining the River Spey four miles northwest of Grantown-on-Spey.

The Nethy Bridge drinking fountain
The drinking fountain (left) was gifted to the people of Nethy Bridge by Lord and Lady Stamford and Warrington when they gave up the lease of the Abernethy Deer shooting forest. Lady Stamford was the builder of Forest Lodge (now headquarters for the RSPB reserve staff).

King's Road Mill Trail
Surrounding the village are 45km of trails provided by Explore Abernethy. These include an all-access trail along the riverside, path networks joining onto the Speyside Way and numerous trails through the Caledonian Forest. The King's Road Mill Trail snakes through the SNH Abernethy Dell Woods National Nature Reserve. Built in the 1200's following a decree to improve communications between Nethy Bridge and Tulloch.
