Abernethy Trust

Founded in 1971, Abernethy Trust is a Christian organisation dedicated to helping people discover confidence and purpose through outdoor adventure. Its Nethy Bridge centre offers activities such as climbing, canoeing, mountain biking, and team-building in the beautiful surroundings of the Cairngorms. The Trust also runs training programmes, youth events, and volunteer opportunities, fostering a strong sense of community and faith. As one of the area’s longest-standing organisations, Abernethy Trust plays a vital role in both local life and national outdoor education.
