Membership & Management
The Nethy Bridge Community Centre is owned and run by a charitable company limited by guarantee, managed by local volunteers on behalf of its members. The centre exists to support community life, providing a space for events, clubs, sports, and social activities that bring people together.

How to Become a Member
Becoming a member is just £1 per person (this is a legal requirement) and open to everyone living within the Nethy Bridge & Vicinity Community Council area. Members help shape how the centre is run and enjoy a 25% discount on hire charges for events and bookings. Membership also shows your support for a much-loved community facility that relies on local involvement to thrive.
There are three types of membership:
-
Individual Membership – for anyone over 18 living locally
-
Group Membership – for clubs, associations, or community organisations
-
Youth Membership – non-voting membership for ages 12 to 18

The Management Committee reserves the right to request named stewards for certain events to ensure safety and compliance.
Our Team
The Community Centre is governed by a voluntary Board of Directors, who also serve as charity trustees.
