Explore Abernethy is the visitor centre for the Abernethy National Nature Reserve, based in the heart of Nethy Bridge. It provides maps, wildlife information, and exhibits about the natural and cultural history of the area. Visitors can learn about the forest, local trails, and community life, or set out directly from the centre into Dell Woods and beyond. Upcoming Dates: Sunday, April 26: Explore Abernethy Dawn Chorus Walk with RSPB rangers. Meet at 6am outside Nethy Bridge Community Centre.
Sunday, June 14: Explore Abernethy History Walk from Dorback Lodge to Brig o' Broon, with Stuart Black, Ed Curley and others. Meet at 1pm outside Nethy Bridge Community Centre to condense cars.
