Hogmanay Torchlight Procession

Start your Hogmanay celebrations with the Nethy Bridge Torchlight Procession, a magical tradition that lights up the village on New Year’s Eve.

Meet at Lynstock Crescent from 6 pm, where hot chocolate and mulled drinks will be served before a local piper leads the procession through the village at 7 pm, creating a sparkling river of light.

Torches will be available to purchase on the night, and all ages are welcome to take part. Proceeds support Abernethy Primary School.

It’s the perfect way to gather the community and begin an evening of celebration before the Hogmanay Ceilidh.
